Multilingual operational solutions

Four operational fronts. One single engine.

Production, translation, measurement and distribution of web content under a single unified system. Content Ops, Translation Ops, Analytics Ops and Marketing Ops work in coordination with your current CMS or ecommerce platform.

No platform migration · Compatible with any CMS · European GDPR

The four Ops

One system, four operational streams.

Each Op solves a specific bottleneck in digital marketing. They can be activated independently or together, depending on the project's needs.

Content Ops

Product descriptions, categories, landing pages and original posts geared towards conversion. No repetitive templates: brand context applied to every text.

Translation Ops

AI-assisted multilingual translation that respects your sector glossary and your tone. Entire catalogues converted into several languages in 10-30 seconds per page, depending on difficulty and context.

Analytics Ops

Automated business reporting, trend-change alerts and semantic classification of queries. Operational calm backed by actionable data.

Marketing Ops

Newsletters, social media posts, SEM ads, external blogs and guest posts. Coordinated multichannel distribution personalised by buyer persona.

Content Ops

Produce unique descriptions optimised within your own brand context.

The saturation of identical product sheets copied from manufacturers is the main enemy of your web publishing. Vanadian COAS generates completely original product descriptions, service pages, categories and content geared towards conversion.

The system doesn't write in a vacuum: it adapts to your tone and to your business's real information, whether you use Iridian or other content management systems, helping your customers find exactly what they're looking for.

  • Product catalogues. Sheets, categories, brands and attributes enriched with business context.
  • Service or project portfolios. Success stories and descriptions of multi-sector solutions.
  • Sector and country-specific applications. Adaptation of the value proposition by market.
  • Blog posts. Authority articles aligned with your brand strategy.
  • Recipes, recommendations, instructions. Technical or how-to editorial content.

Translation Ops

AI-assisted translation of entire catalogues with up to 80-90% time savings.

Opening up international markets requires a translation effort that often blocks the growth of any online shop or corporate website. With Vanadian's translation layer, your team or your agency converts the catalogue into multiple languages within 10 to 30 seconds per item, depending on technical difficulty.

The algorithm, processed within an assisted environment, strictly respects your brand context, avoiding literal translations that could damage your company's professional image.

  • Personalised multilingual. Translation that respects your glossary and your tone in every language.
  • Genuine localisation. Measurements, idioms and local nuances, not literal translation.
  • Scales across markets. Entire catalogues to several markets at once, in hours.
  • Brand consistency. Consistent sector terminology across all languages.

Analytics Ops

Operational calm with business-critical alerts and organised data.

Daily administrative tasks consume the time your team should be spending on selling. The platform automatically manages the generation of business performance summaries, trend-change alerts and semantic classification of technical support queries, improving corporate decision-making.

The return's impact is calculated directly against your overhead costs, avoiding a high volume of manual management hours and inconsistency among staff dedicated to copywriting.

  • Automatic business summaries. Periodic reports by channel, product and market.
  • Trend alerts. Detection of sudden changes in critical metrics.
  • Semantic classification of queries. Support tickets automatically grouped and routed.
  • Decisions based on real data. Actionable metrics on what to create and what to optimise.

Technical integration

How Vanadian coordinates with your CMS and ERP data.

Technical flexibility is essential to protect your software investment. In Vanadian's architecture, it's important to separate the synchronisation of pure catalogue data (prices, stock, codes) already handled by your CMS or ecommerce platform — whether Iridian or other systems such as WordPress or PrestaShop connected to your ERP — from the semantic processing layer carried out by our content engine.

Vanadian doesn't require you to migrate web platform if you're happy with your current one. It integrates via a bidirectional API connection that reads your ecommerce's source data, uses it as brand context for content generation or translations, and returns the text directly to your environment in a pending-validation state.

  • No platform migration. You keep your current CMS and its synchronisation with the ERP.
  • Bidirectional API. Reads context, returns optimised content.
  • No code incompatibilities. Works in parallel, doesn't interfere with your stack.
  • Mandatory pending state. Nothing is published without human validation.
CMS compatibility
Iridian Native core integration · Maximum SSR
PrestaShop Adaptable standard module
WordPress / WooCommerce Official plugin
Shopify and headless Bespoke connector / API

Technical scope by CMS: Vanadian delivers optimised content with all SEO/GEO criteria applied (schema.org, sitemaps, llms.txt, alt text, hreflang). The effective publication of these artefacts depends on the capabilities of the client's CMS or ecommerce platform. Iridian Web and Iridian Ecom include it as standard with native SSR. On WordPress, PrestaShop or Shopify, activation is carried out via a module, plugin or prior configuration, depending on your installation's capabilities.

European security + global AI

GDPR/LOPDGDD safeguards while using leading international AI models.

Processing business data within the European Union demands total rigour. Our system solves this with a hybrid architecture: your entire business contextualisation base, configuration data and governance status-control logs are permanently stored on our European servers in Barcelona, managed by PixUP.

To ensure that copywriting and multilingual localisation deliver the best commercial quality, we give you complete freedom to choose the AI processing model (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or your own LLM) used to run the generation.

Control activity, user access and context documentation remain shielded under the GDPR framework on European infrastructure, while you benefit from the full creative capacity of the world's best AI engines.

In Europe (Barcelona) Context · configuration · audit · personal data
To the AI models Only anonymous text, no personal or confidential data

COAS performance table

Contextual control, speed and operational costs.

Comparison of the three models that coexist today in the web publishing and ecommerce market.

Comparison between manual entry, basic AI connectors and Vanadian applications
Operational criterion Conventional manual entry Basic connectors (unfiltered AI) Vanadian applications
Brand context control High Costly at a scale of thousands of references. None High risk of hallucinations and flat text. Absolute Guided by your database, styles and context.
CMS compatibility Adapts to any system, but requires editing time for each ecommerce site. Requires unstable third-party connectors that need reprogramming. Universal · API compatible with Iridian or any platform.
LOPD/GDPR security Guaranteed, depends on individual human control. Difficult to certify when sending records to external servers. Shielded · context and operations in Europe.
Time to publish Weeks of editorial delay. Fast, but requires hours of manual copy and paste. Instant (10-30 s per item).
Financial payback Linear increase in staff hours. Low licence costs, but consumes hours reviewing errors. Direct return · 80-90% of time saved per month.
Applied marketing operations

Vanadian orchestrates and structures different types of content to consolidate your presence across multiple channels in a coordinated way.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions on operational applications.

Technical answers on language models, system connections and common issues in content creation, translation, analysis and distribution.

Is there an alternative to Akeneo with generative AI?

Yes. Vanadian COAS is not a classic PIM like Akeneo or Pimcore: it is a content engineering platform that works with your existing ERP or PIM. Rather than just centralising product data, it generates, translates and optimises content with generative AI and human validation.

If you already run Akeneo, Vanadian COAS complements it; if not, you can cover the ERP-to-ecommerce flow without deploying a PIM.

Do we need the Iridian CMS to use Content Ops and Translation Ops?

No. Integration with Iridian is fully native and offers maximum SSR rendering speed, but Vanadian has been designed to be agnostic. It connects via API and modules to other CMS platforms such as WordPress, PrestaShop or bespoke solutions.

Your CMS keeps its usual price and stock synchronisation with your ERP, while Vanadian works in parallel, focusing strictly on the processing and semantic optimisation of the text.

How is privacy protected if we use American generation models?

Context management, digital identity and change-control logs are stored on European servers in Barcelona, ensuring compliance with GDPR and LOPD. When a piece of content is requested, the system sends exclusively anonymous text data, with no customer personal information or confidential data, to the selected models (OpenAI, Claude or others).

The results return to the database in Barcelona, keeping the whole operation fully secure.

How do we maintain our tone of voice if we automate part of the creation process?

Automation doesn't replace creativity. The system always works to preserve your tone and style automatically, drawing on the context and style guides configured for your brand. If further refinement is needed, you can add specific fine-tuning instructions using the additional manual prompt available on the same page.

Automated translations often sound cold or overly literal. How do you solve that?

By designing a unified, assisted workflow. Vanadian's engine draws in an integrated way on your brand's context base, your style preferences and your industry's specialised terminology.

A mandatory on-screen human review step is built in, where the team validates and adapts local expressions where necessary, achieving a natural and rigorous localisation in record time.

We never have enough time to analyse the impact of what we publish. How do you help?

By eliminating the most repetitive and bureaucratic manual tasks of text enrichment or format copying, the marketing team recovers a significant amount of its daily time.

That operational calm is reinvested directly in data analysis through Analytics Ops, optimising campaigns and grounding decisions in real metrics.

What happens if we don't have enough hands to distribute content across every network?

The usual problem isn't a lack of staff, but the fragmentation of the editing process. We create workflows where, starting from a single piece of core content (a blog article or a product description), all the format adaptations for the different networks are generated at once and scheduled from a single dashboard.

You multiply your reach without oversizing your headcount.

How do we make sure translated content is optimised for local SEO?

It's not just about translating words from one language to another, but about adapting specific search intent. Translation Ops' localisation process starts with a contextualisation phase in which local search concepts and terms for each region are incorporated, ensuring the content is appealing to the customer and readily understood by search engines and AI agents.

Can generated or assisted content penalise our Google rankings?

No. Google's official policy rewards content that delivers real value, originality and solves the user's need (E-E-A-T criteria), regardless of whether AI was used in the process.

Since Vanadian maintains mandatory editorial control and oversight by in-house staff, rankings improve directly through greater consistency, depth and quality in your publications.

How exactly do we measure return on investment (ROI)?

In two ways. On one hand, operational savings in internal costs by freeing up 80-90% of manual management time thanks to generation in 10-30 seconds.

On the other hand, protection of actual revenue by launching collections or references to the web channel immediately, avoiding financial losses from having products sitting inactive outside the sales channel.
