Detecting inefficiencies
We analyse your daily operations to pinpoint where hours are being lost and which products are blocked out of the market for lack of copy or translations.
Generating thousands of words with AI with no criteria is easy; producing content that sells and gets cited is another matter entirely. We define your style guide, your tone and your context first. Then we automate.
We speak in your brand's voice · We free up 80-90% of manual work
Producing thousands of words with artificial intelligence with no criteria at all is trivial, but it generates flat content that fails to connect with the customer and ends up penalised by Google. Vanadian is not a generic copywriting bot.
Before activating content processing, we define your style guide, adapt your company's corporate tone and establish precise contexts. The result is purposeful automation that respects your company's identity and serves to achieve concrete business results.
The engine only operates once all the rules have been loaded.
Your team stops copying, pasting and reformatting listings. It focuses on what adds value: commercial strategy, customer care and decision-making.
We analyse your daily operations to pinpoint where hours are being lost and which products are blocked out of the market for lack of copy or translations.
We synchronise automation with your sales rhythm. Publishing in seconds prevents dormant digital stock and unlocks thousands of euros in blocked revenue.
Marketing and the catalogue stop being a bottleneck. They become amplifiers instead. The team works on the system's proposal, not on a blank page.
Clear reports on hours saved, products published, active languages and average validation time. Data on data, no estimates.
We don't leave you alone in front of an empty tool that you have to configure yourself. The PixUP team analyses your source data, links up the systems and defines your digital style guide.
Your only responsibility: contributing your market knowledge and validating the proposals generated by the system before they go live.
Ranking on today's web no longer depends on repeating keywords at random, but on building coherent semantics and providing verifiable, valuable data that meets Google's quality framework (E-E-A-T: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust).
Traditional search engines and new generative assistants such as ChatGPT Search or Perplexity downgrade robotic content that adds nothing new to the internet.
Vanadian overcomes this filter through training with a closed contextual framework. The system is fed with your company's high-precision sector context, corporate style guides and your specialism's synonym combinations. This upfront feeding ensures the AI does not produce semantic hallucinations and instead generates content rich in entities and meaning, optimised so that generative engines find it and cite it as a recommended source.
Technical scope by CMS: Vanadian applies E-E-A-T criteria to all content delivered. The effective publication of schema.org, sitemaps, llms.txt and SSR depends on the client's CMS. Iridian Web and Iridian Ecom include it as standard. On WordPress, PrestaShop or Shopify it is activated via a module, plugin or prior configuration.
As Vanadian's software is already fully developed, the project is rolled out progressively in phases, depending on languages, catalogue volume and architectural complexity.
We introduce the context, glossaries and brand rules into Vanadian. We link up your CMS or ecommerce reading channels for a clean initial data intake.
Week 1
We generate the first content versions and multilingual translations in a test environment, activating the Content Ops and Translation Ops profiles.
Week 2
For large multilingual operations or complex ecommerce setups. We fine-tune the six-state validation workflow, integrate prices and stock with your ERP, and activate efficiency metrics.
Weeks 3-4
Brand context management and system stability online.
| Method criterion | Generic generation (uncontrolled APIs) | Manual content agencies | Vanadian method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strategic approach | No context Empty words with no business orientation. | Manual Slow, personal effort. | Commercial Semantic optimisation by objectives. |
| Contextualisation and brand | None. Constant tone shifts and the risk of publishing false information. | Good application of the style guide, hard to maintain at scale. | Native integration of the brand manual and sector glossaries. |
| Execution speed | Instant, but generates a high volume of corrections. | Weeks or months to launch a large catalogue. | 10-30 seconds per page depending on difficulty and context. |
| Resource relief | Managed and scheduled internally. | Consumes ongoing resources and variable costs. | 80-90% of time and structural costs saved. |
| Stability and support | No guarantees. The API can change without notice. | Depends on the human provider's availability. | PixUP support + European GDPR-compliant servers. |
Answers to support corporate decision-making in digital content management.
Your team does not carry out development work, data integration or server programming. All the technical work is included in PixUP's onboarding service.
Your company's contribution is limited to providing brand knowledge resources: supplying sector context, the style guides you already use, or basic product and category guidelines. Finally, reviewing that the engine's first proposals faithfully match your commercial criteria before hitting the validation button on screen.
Yes, it's entirely possible. Vanadian is an independent platform designed with a modular, open architecture. It works in coordination with our corporate CMS Iridian, but it can also connect via API and modules to other CMSs or architectures on the market (WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, headless or bespoke environments).
The engine automatically extracts the database you already have in your current CMS, uses it as starting context for generation or translation, and returns the optimised text directly in a provisional state pending validation, without requiring changes to your server structure if you're happy with it.
Strict compliance with GDPR and LOPD is an absolute priority for any large European corporate account. To guarantee security, Vanadian operates under a unified system where brand context, original databases, configuration and audit logs are stored permanently on European servers in Barcelona, managed by PixUP.
That said, to ensure that multilingual copywriting and localisation deliver the best commercial quality on the market, we give companies complete freedom to choose the specific AI model (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or a proprietary LLM) used to run the generation. This way, control, critical data and personal data remain safeguarded under European directives, while you benefit from the capability of the world's best AI engines.
The pilot exists precisely to calibrate the system. If the first generations don't match your brand, we adjust glossaries, the style guide and context rules. Phase 2 is designed to catch misalignments early, before consolidation. We never move to production without your team approving the pilot's outcome.
A dedicated PixUP team. We work as an extension of your business: a single point of contact, weekly meetings during deployment and ongoing support afterwards. We don't redirect you to generic support tickets.
